Book recommended by teacher. Learned first piece and it looks really good.

Worth every penny has a great selection of music really lovely pieces from different parts of the world but are not odd pieces they are firmly classical. Having said that they are compositions that you do not find without buying a lot of sheet music or a number of books.They go from level 2 to about 6 but there are many that can be put in concerts because they are melodic pieces although they are not difficult

Schöne Sammlung von Originalstücken, keine Transkriptionen, keine Adaptionen.Das Heft enthält weder Tabulaturen noch CD, die Titel können aber problemlos in YouTube gefunden werden. Ein guter Fingersatz macht die Tabulatur überflüssig, auch wenn das Einstudieren etwas mühsamer ist. Die Titel sind grob nach Schwierigkeit geordnet. Achtung die Einstufung Leicht bis Mittelschwer richtet sich nach der Klassifizierung für Klassik-Literatur setzt also die Beherrschung des Instrumentes voraus und es sind einige wirkliche Brocken dabei .. Die Stücke sind durchweg schön bis zauberhaft. Hervorheben möchte ich Mi Favorita von Daniel Fortea ( aus dem Dunstkreis der Gitarrenmafia um Tarega ;-) Dalia von Pedro Antonio Iparraguirre, natürlich Adelita das hier in der Originaltonart steht und nur so seine Magie entwickeln kann. Das aber wahrscheinlich zauberhafteste Stück ist Sonse de Carrilloes von Joao Pernambuco. Übrigens die notierten Flageoletts können auch gegriffen, werden so wird das Stück spielbarer und selbst die schöne Natasha R. macht das so ;-) Also absolute Empfehlung meinerseits für den ambitionierten Amateurklampfer. Im Ernst, wenn man diese Stücke gut beherrscht kann man damit vor Publikum spielen ohne sich zu blamieren.

This is an excellent edition for the intermediate classical guitarist needing a ready source of concert pieces. There are some well known pieces by Tarrega (Adelite, Lagrima and Tango) and Llobet (El noy de la Mare and El Testament d' Amelia). There is a well chosen selection from the 'usual suspects', Sor, Carulli, Carcassi, Aguado, Giuliani (a complete three movement sonatina). There are also some lesser known gems by Jose Ferrer y Esteve and Pedro Antomio Iparraguirre. Konrad Ragossnig's fingering and other editorial work are highly professional as ever. If you have a large collection of guitar music, as I do, you may find you have some duplicates. Nevertheless there is much material that is new to me. The typeface is clear and the layout avoids awkward page turns. Difficulty ranges from about grade three to grade six.B. Der Versand erfolgte sehr schnell. Die einzelnen Stücke sind wunderschön. Mann sollte jedoch eine 2- 3- jährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Gitarre sowie gute Notenkenntnisse haben, da keine Tabulatur vorhanden ist. Es gibt auch keine CD, aber die meisten Stücke kann man sich auf youtube anhören. Ich arbeite gerne mit dem Buch, brauche aber etwas Zeit, bis ich ein Stück spielen kann.
